Mirto VZW
Mirto VZW – Future-Proofing Digital Presence for the AI EraObjectives.
The Challenge
The Context: A Solid Foundation for Innovation
Mirto VZW is a social enterprise that creates meaningful work for people with limited access to the regular labour market. From its sites in Eeklo and Ghent, Mirto provides services in Value Added Logistics, Marketing Fulfillment, and Outsourcing (Uitwerk), complemented by other initiatives in sustainability and innovation.
Together with Cojak (Filip Bullens) and MyDigitalBizz, Mirto set out to build a digital ecosystem that unites its social mission with commercial growth. What began as a website renewal has evolved into an integrated environment where marketing, sales, and employer branding reinforce one another and drive measurable impact.
Plan.
Phase 1: Building the Digital Ecosystem
Strategic Rebuild of Mirto.be
Together with Cojak (Filip Bullens), MyDigitalBizz built the foundation for Mirto’s digital growth.
Website Rebuild
A custom WordPress site was created to combine accessibility, storytelling, and conversion. It presents Mirto’s social and commercial identity clearly and guides every visitor: clients, partners, and jobseekers, to relevant content.
SEO & SEA Activation
Technical and on-page SEO laid the groundwork for sustainable visibility. Targeted Google Ads campaigns promoted the Uitwerk outsourcing service across key industries such as logistics, chemicals, and food, generating qualified leads.
Automation & Employer Branding
Through HubSpot, Mirto now manages all marketing, leads, and recruitment in one connected system. Automated campaigns, a dedicated jobsite, and ATS integration made communication faster and more consistent across marketing, sales, and HR.
This ecosystem became the launchpad for Mirto’s next phase: preparing for visibility in the age of AI.
Phase 2: Entering the Era of AI Visibility (GEO)
With the foundation in place, Mirto is now focusing on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), the next frontier of online visibility shaped by AI search systems. A detailed AI visibility analysis identified how Mirto’s digital signals are interpreted by platforms like ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
The roadmap follows five strategic steps that bridge SEO and AI-driven discovery:
1. Data Mapping & Signal Analysis
Assess how Mirto’s content and metadata are read by AI engines and identify missing or weak signals.
2. Content Landscape Assessment
Map how Mirto’s topics appear in AI-generated results and compare with desired positioning.
3. Opportunity Detection
Locate content gaps and unclear associations that limit visibility and credibility.
4. Strategic Enhancement Design
Implement first improvements such as FAQ modules, structured data, and clearer content blocks that help AI engines understand Mirto’s services and mission.
5. Continuous Intelligence & Optimisation
Establish a feedback loop to monitor how AI tools evolve and continuously refine Mirto’s content for better contextual recognition.
Through this process, Mirto is future-proofing its communication for the AI-driven visibility era, ensuring its story remains both discoverable and meaningful as digital search becomes more conversational and intelligent.
